
The microblogging service users can now record and upload video to up to 140 seconds (2 minutes 20 seconds).
The duration of five times longer than the previous limit is pegged at the rate of 30 seconds.

Besides Twitter, videos on Vine restrictions will also be extended to 140 seconds or 23 times longer than the duration of 6 seconds earlier. But this latest new restriction applies to only certain users Vine.
